1. Digital delivery and refunds
Because digital access is delivered immediately, payments for subscriptions, digital content, and accessed materials are generally non-refundable. Please review the available plan and use any free or publicly available material before subscribing.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the learning platform before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access normally continues through the current paid billing period unless the applicable plan terms state otherwise.
3. Workshops and corporate engagements
Workshop and corporate-training cancellation or rescheduling terms may be governed by the applicable registration or service agreement. If Analog Data cancels a paid event, we will communicate the available refund, credit, or rescheduling options.
4. Exceptional billing issues
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with the account email and transaction reference. We will review duplicate charges, technical access failures, or unauthorized transactions in good faith.
