1. Eligibility for Refunds
We do not issue refunds for purchases, training seats, retainers, or project engagements once initiated. Please evaluate carefully before confirming any scope or booking.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Submit your request to [email protected] with your order details and reason.
- Our team will review eligibility based on the service agreement or program terms.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- All consulting, engineering, and product engagements once started, even if a client chooses to stop mid-project.
- Custom hardware or non-returnable components ordered for your project.
- Training sessions already delivered or where materials have been fully accessed, including cohort seats.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule training or engagements, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance. We will work with you to move to a new date; late cancellations may incur fees as outlined in your agreement. Cancellations after commencement are not refundable.
