Services are provided “as is” except as expressly stated in your contract. Analog Data is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
